With over 25 years of experience, Chef Leandro Panza brings his passion for Italian cuisine and commitment to quality to Koh Samui. Leandro's journey spans some of the best Italian restaurants in London, Singapore, Sydney, and Melbourne. Known for his meticulous attention to detail, he sources only the finest ingredients—from the freshest local fish and produce to premium imported steaks from Australia and exquisite oysters all the way from France.
In our new, larger beachfront location just five minutes from Fisherman's Village, you can find Leandro running the pass in our state-of-the-art open kitchen, ensuring every dish meets his exacting standards. This open kitchen not only showcases the culinary magic but also allows you to witness the dedication and skill of our team of chefs as they prepare your meal.
